Unlimited PTO at the discretion of your Manager is great if you use it to the fullest (which people often don't). Insurance & 401K with large well-known companies is convenient.
Unlimited PTO is great but health insurance is insanely expensive.
Unlimited vacation and time off. As long as your team has someone to cover your work while you're on vacation, there is no limit to time-off
Pay was adequate but not great.
All the standard stuff but very positive: 401K match Good health benefits with partial coverage for family HSA Flexibility to work from home Unlimited PTO Cell phone stipend
The insurance, 401k, and ability to work from home are excellent. The "unlimited" vacation policy has a catch in that most people don't have the work/life balance to actually use it.
The coverage is pretty close to the best out there today. When I signed on, the providers were second tier, but the coverage was fine.
Unlimited vacation, flexible hours, 401K, health insurance as well as opportunity to work remotely are the main benefits of the company
Health Insurance offered was good.
"unlimited vacation" is nice, but only if you can manage to use it. health insurance is expensive and weak
