Merlin offers a wide range of health insurance to ensure you get the coverage you need without paying too much. I have worked for bigger companies with much worse health insurance options. The PTO offered is very generous, you start with the ability to accrue 15 days your first year, though it is prorated so if you start mid year you earn less. The 401k comes with a decent company match. There are a lot of other insurance benefits you can choose to add such as legal insurance and additional coverage to your health insurance.
Great benefits, stock option not great though.
Merlin Entertainments ' benefits package for full time employees is standard to below standard. It includes PTO, health & dental insurance, 401K match and company stock purchase options and a booklet of free passes to their attractions globally. Benefits vary based on location of position.
No option for benefits as a part time employee.
Best thing about the benefits are getting passes to any and all Merlin attractions around the world and being able to give those passes to friends and family.
Venue tickets for their parks are the only perk that is worthwhile at best.
Access to park and attractions worldwide, not just the United States.
Terrible benefits. Other than a 30% employee discount in the gift shop and free tickets to merlin sites there are no benefits for part time workers. The pay is also extremely low compared to competitors
Really good health insurance - medical, dental and vision for a fairly low monthly cost to employees. A good amount of PTO just starting out, and increases with each year you work at the company. Free passes to all Merlin attractions across the globe.
Free Legoland tickets that I didn't get to use because of HR's stupid policies.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
