I never had any issues with the benefits. The costs were low and my prescriptions were all covered. It was great for me

Offers health, dental and vision care, 401K plan after your first year of employment. Co-pay can be expensive. Limited refills on prescriptions. The more the pay for the deductible, the more coverage. Dental is pretty good. Free annual teeth cleaning and check ups. Not sure how coverage is for cosmetic work.

Health Insurance is very expensive especially for people with kids and we don't have sick days

Benefits only were available to full time employees and you could only get cobra insurance for a few months after switching to part time

Flight benefits and the main benefit employees must use. Flights are -the- reason to work for an airline.

Flight benefits. Otherwise the medical is awful, doesn't cover much and a lot comes out of your pocket. My father and I had similar routine procedures whereas with my insurance with Mesa cost me $4200 out of pocket and my father with is companies insurance cost him $150. Also, you only get one week of vacation. They will give you one more if you want to buy it with weekly deductions from your paycheck.
