The more the pay for the deductible, the more coverage. Dental is pretty good. Free annual teeth cleaning and check ups. Not sure how coverage is for cosmetic work.

Flight benefits. Otherwise the medical is awful, doesn't cover much and a lot comes out of your pocket. My father and I had similar routine procedures whereas with my insurance with Mesa cost me $4200 out of pocket and my father with is companies insurance cost him $150. Also, you only get one week of vacation. They will give you one more if you want to buy it with weekly deductions from your paycheck.
