    Provides maternity and paternity leave for employees. Nice perk for new parents. Applies to adoption as well.

    The maternity and paternity leave seems pretty generous to me. 14 weeks paid for mothers (16 weeks if C-section) plus up to an additional 12 weeks unpaid for a total of up to 26 weeks. Paternity leave is 2 weeks.

    I heard it's on par. I know a coworker gets at least 3 weeks off, maybe 6 weeks of paternity leave. Managers are usually family-friendly.
