Average, standard, not too bad
Company-paid pension plan is no longer being offered, but 401k is still offered with a 4% match.
I got to use it for retirement
Pension plan and 401k both offered
There is a Pension plan which is highly unusual in this day
Other than the 4% contribution matching seems standard, what's good is MetLife pays an addition 5% of your annual base towards an IRA account that you don't have to contribute but it'll just put money for you each year.

Goodbye defined pension plan, hello cash balance plan. Watch your retirement plan, at some point, it is in your best interest to leave, move to another company cash balance plan. Do your homework.
MetLife's Retirement funding can equal between 5-10% of your annual salary.
Pension after a year and you get to take it if you separate from the company
