Offers great health care options, PTO and 401K. The PTO was what really excited me, 2 days per month the first year and 3 days per month after.

There are a wide variety of health insurance options from which to choose, and benefits in this area include Medical, Rx, Vision, Dental, Wellness, and Flexible Spending Accounts. The company also offers Life Insurance, short-term and long-term disability, Legal Services, Critical Illness insurance, and Auto & Home Insurance at discounted rates. Retirement benefits include a standard 401(k) plan as well as a defined benefit pension plan that is entirely funded by MetLife, which is very unique these days. The 401(k) plan matched up to 4% of your eligible pay. MetLife has a PTO program, and all employees start off with at least 22 days of PTO plus 8 company holidays per calendar year.
