Great place to work good
I hate that feeling of seeing everyone I went to ad school with do so much better than me: promoted to ACD, work anniversaries at W+K and 72&Sunny, just hired at Arts&Letter and Apple and Facebook, awards galore, SuperBowl spots, etc. And here I am making no work at a mediocre place not getting any responses from anywhere else. I’m legit happy for them. I just feel like I’m so far behind. Like how was I classmates with these amazingly creative and awesome people? I feel straight pathetic.
Great perks and good health insurance
great wellness perks, 401k matching
The benefits are out of this world good. Many of them are redundant. For example, we get an initial remote work setup cash to setup a workstation at home, but in addition, there is a recurring yearly $1400 stipend to get reimbursed for office products. For those who are on-site employees, campus life is pretty sweet, with tons of micro kitchens, free meals, Gym as standards. Some of our campuses also offers things like SPA, Dental, Optometry, Laundry service, Arcade. Working out of the Menlo Park campus feels like working out of downtown Disney, except I don't need to pay for anything.
Great benefits, had doctors on campus (MPK). Lots of sub communities internally.
$3,000 Wellness reimbursement including child care
Ample PTO but hard to utilize
