The company offered employees a great benefits program. The benefits include, but not limited to FSA, health, dental, 401k, and gym membership.
Wellness incentive helps offset cost of plan and there is a 40% gym reimbursement. 401k match is once a year and only if ownership decides the can afford it.
Offer a Cadillac program and a bare bones program really nothing in between. Out of pocket can be hard to take.
They do provide some benefits although they are not competitive. They only provide six (6) paid holidays per year. I have never even heard of a place that did not provide the day after Thanksgiving as a holiday nor Christmas Eve. The health benefits are mediocre at best.
Benefits' to low co pay too high just lacking any appreciation and time off is hard to come by Thank you
decent 401K health benefits are shrinking
Benefits package is fine if you and your family don't ever get sick.
It's not bad if you don't get sick a lot, or plan to have any major medical surgeries...
