Very Competitive Benefits with company contributing a nice percentage of base salary towards 401-K Savings Plan (without taking any money out of your own pocket or an optional additional employee contribution) , matching on Stock Purchase Plan (nice 50% match on max contribution), STI (Bonus) - A Payout which is above average compared to most chemical companies, and slightly less than major refinery companies like Shell, Exxon & Marathon. Additional benefits & discounts towards Health Club, Cellular Phone, Rental Car, Hotel, & distribution company. HARD TO BEAT the Benefit Packages with this Company. We set the bar very high!!

They take good care of you there. I was an intern so I did not know much about all the benefits they offer but I am sure they are all great.
10% 401K from the employer regardless of whether or not the employee contributes, as well as stock options with company matching. Our health insurance has actually gone down the past two years as well.
