It could be higher but leadership is very flexible with scheduling to make sure we are able to maintain a good work life balance.
Anyone who has good attendance should have more than adequate discretionary time off with this plan.

Vacation and paid time off is all bundled up into one group of PTO. While each year that you work for them you earn more. It still leaves one with about 80 hours until 5years of service
