    403b future builder is matched 1:1. Vacation, sick days, holidays, and all other time off is taken from the same pool of hours that is accrued with each paycheck

    If you work full time they gove good benefits such as 401k, health insurance, paid time off, etc

    I have a pension plan because I've been here for so long, but it is no longer an option for newer associates.

    The medical package covered all things, vision and dental as well. The co-pays were high, but I do not recall there being a high deductible.
