“As I said I dont know about this but i have heard nothing but great things from the other nurses especially if you have a family”
“this is the best part about this job. I can take 9 days off. gets approved easily. never have to worry about much. if you get sent home early its not a big deal because you'll just put in a few hours of PTO a get to leave early.”
Methodist matches up to 6% of what you contribute to your 401k. This is way more than the last 401k I had with a different company.
Working in the ER is challenging. You are faced with many obstacles and you are not paid for the amount of work that you have to perform.
I don't think it's personally MLH, I believe most of the benefits for big hospitals are unfortunate deals. Also ,I am per diem not full time, therefore I don't use their benefits.
403b, PTO, medical leave
Low cost copays and decent Pharmacy options. Still expensive every 2 weeks coming out of pay. Great Vision plan.
Its standard to what most other employers offer. They match up to 6% on retirement plans. PTO amount is very reasonable.
it has great PTO time and decent healthcare. they do offer 401k. best thing is definitely pto I can take off weeks at time if you do it right.
I don't know about this nut I have heard great things about their benefit program especially if you have children and a family
The benefits offered are very nice. There is tuition assistance, great health, and retirement. There is also an end of the year bonus based on overall hospital performance.
Healthcare coverage in decently priced and the benefits are good. You start with one week of paid time off annually and accrue an additional week every 5 years. PTO hours are accrued throughout the year at each pay period which can be annoying, especially around the winter holidays. They match 401k contributions up to a certain percentage.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
