The benefits offered are very nice. There is tuition assistance, great health, and retirement. There is also an end of the year bonus based on overall hospital performance.
Healthcare coverage in decently priced and the benefits are good. You start with one week of paid time off annually and accrue an additional week every 5 years. PTO hours are accrued throughout the year at each pay period which can be annoying, especially around the winter holidays. They match 401k contributions up to a certain percentage.
403b future builder is matched 1:1. Vacation, sick days, holidays, and all other time off is taken from the same pool of hours that is accrued with each paycheck

Its ok, better than some, not as bad as others, cost was fairly comparable to other large corparations, could have better prices
If you work full time they gove good benefits such as 401k, health insurance, paid time off, etc
The benefits aren't that great, but it is just an internship. At least you get the PERKS Program.
