    The match is amazing. We are required to contribute 10% which is great!

    Pension plan has traditional, combined, or member direct plans based on Ohio public employees retirement system. Very generous employer contribution and strong pension plan.

    great deal- you retire after 30 years and collect about 2/3 of your salary the rest of your life. You can go work somewhere else after retirement if you want.
