Best part is free food and unlimited vacation. Worst thing is long term additional compensation (stock options, 401k matching)
Benefits were okay at best. No 401k match and no bonuses. They tried their best to match market base salaries but even those fell short from time to time.
Best: good coverage, not too expensive. Worst: no 401k matching or employee benefits such as stock options
Most of the perks are awesome - free lunches, kitchen stocked with f&B all the time, flexible time off, commuter benefits to name a few. Lack of annual bonuses and no 401k matching - these are two drawbacks!
Typical dental, vision, medical, 401k (no match), NO bonuses. You'll also have to pay each month for dental and vision. You don't need to pay for medical each month if you choose Kaiser. 12 week maternity leave, unlimited vacation, $5k stock options, EAT CLUB 3 days a week, commuter credits. I would give them more stars if there were performance bonuses, 401k match, 100% company paid insurance.
Unlimited PTO is great. The insurance plans are excellent and premiums are very manageable. Parental leave is also awesome. The lack of a yearly bonus, 401(k) matching, tuition reimbursement, adoption assistance, and other such perks is a huge disappointment.
401k has no match. No opportunity to invest in company as an employee. Limited in positions that qualify for stock options.
Great Health Insurance, Dental, Optical, No match yet on 401K
Health, Dental and Vision available. PTO and sick time was also nice to have. Wish there was a 401k with match though.
*Best benefits include: commuter benefits, fitness benefits, unlimited vacation w/ approval from your manager, and health benefits *Not so great benefits: no fertility benefits, meals are only 3 times per week, there are not performance bonuses
