Pretty good benefits package overall.
Overall very good BUT Health care used to be more heavily subsidized. Rates are now on par with what other employers are offering.
Comprehensive benefit package, including health, life, LTD, and self funded short term disability benefits. Also, includes defined contribution pension plan, and deferred compensation plan through the state of MN.
