Great benefits, especially the 401k plan.
Comprehensive package, very good benefits.
11% retirement contribution, 28 days vacation on day 1; great benefits - offset the lower salaries
Good benefits for $200/month. time off accrual after 6 months
Great vacation time and 401k. 401k is by far the best I've ever seen.
The health benefits were really good and well-rounded. Because it is an educational institution, they give 4 weeks paid vacation which is great. However, maternity leave is really poor and needs a lot of improvement.
The Met provides good healthcare and 403b matching benefits.
Everyone is entitled to some benefits. It just depends on wether you are full time or part/ union or non union. Part time have limited benefits as in full time have a wide range of benefits available to the as in health benefits and life insurance. Everyone gets retirement benefits.
Non union benefits are very good. 27 days off, 12 sick days. Can rollover days into the next year. Very good 403b match
the Benefits package is wonderful, IF you take full advantage of if - the health insurance is okay
