Excellent PTO for all staff. No cap for sick time . 12 holidays

Because it is an educational institution they give 4 weeks paid vacation a year. And all bank holidays (unless you work in Visitors Services, the Shop or Security).
Very generous time off allotment.
5 weeks a year is great plus all the holidays, i have yet to receive the same time off anywhere else I have worked
Each year the vacation grows and there are plenty of personal days. Dispatch is pretty good at helping you out/scheduling to your needs as long as you don't believe it.
