MiTek benefits are fantastic.
The benefits are better than most companies and the senior leaders really do care about their employees. MiTek really needs 1 top of the line benefit to set them apart. This could be a paid parental leave plan, childcare support, or student loan debt support. All of these issues are financial barriers for a majority of the younger employees.

The best part about the benefits package is that new hires begin with 3 weeks paid vacation in addition to 8 paid holidays. It is almost too much time.
