Low cost and great coverage. The best insurance I have had in my 20+ year career.
Start out with 15 days of vacation after probationary period, and then move up to 20 days of vacation at the 10 year mark.
MiTek offers great benefit packages for their employees.
A good benefit offering for employees and MiTek does some matching for 401K contributions. Generous PTO program. Focused on diversity.
The comp package and benefits here are really great
MiTek has a generous benefit’s package with a very high percentage of medical/dental paid, 3 weeks vacation + sick time, 10 standard holidays plus 3 personal holidays. In addition, they provide 401K matching, annual profit sharing and performance based bonuses. Just this month they added 4 weeks of fully paid maternity/paternity leave for bonding with new child! You really can't get much better (other than perhaps say Google) for benefits like this!
The benefits are decent not bad but not exceptional.

MiTek benefits are fantastic.
The benefits are better than most companies and the senior leaders really do care about their employees. MiTek really needs 1 top of the line benefit to set them apart. This could be a paid parental leave plan, childcare support, or student loan debt support. All of these issues are financial barriers for a majority of the younger employees.
