    The health insurance we had didn't allow us to use one of the biggest and arguably the best provider networks in town. Instead we had to use the smaller networks.

    The benefits offered are similar to most benefit offerings amongst larger A/E/C firms. Medical is with AETNA premiums are average and the push is to persuade employees to the HSA.

    The overall health insurance plan is ok, but it is a POS that isn't accepted at most hospitals and doctors offices, where the same PPO is accepted.
