401K, PTO, Health & Dental Insurance
Recently converted vacation to PTO, reducing sick time significantly (have to use PTO/vacation if sick).
Paid Time Off (PTO) starts at 3 weeks for new employees up to 5 years, then it jumps to 4 weeks. Flexible work schedule with approval from office manager or supervisor.
Benefits are comparable with other consulting companies and are provided beginning at part time/30 hours per week. Vacation and holidays are pro-rated.
The benefits are good, pay, healthcare, work flexibility.
The company just changed the benefits offered and no longer offer sick time or personal days. The holidays, while the same number of days, are not as good as before because we no longer get the day after Thanksgiving or Christmas as holidays. Overall, the benefits are ok, but are also very average, when they used to include something unique that used to set Baker apart from other companies.
Industry standard benefits, including holidays, vacation, and health care.
Competitive match with 401k and software discounts for home use
Changed the 401k to match only quarterly. The best was the unlimited suck days and getting full benefits day one on the job.
Best thing: At least we have Insurance! Worst thing: It's expensive!
