Since I am only part time, we really only get an employee discount. I know full time employees have more benefits though.
Part time is all that is offered unless you are management. There are part time insurance benefits but the cost is ridiculous.
After first year of full time employment, you are issued 2 weeks vacation, 1 personal day, 48 hours sick pay and holiday pay. the health insurance is still too expensive.
401K, flex spending for travel
I did not receive or were offered benefits, I was scheduled under hours, so I would not qualify for health insurance.
Employees get a 40 percent off but it doesn't include sale items. The store also requires you to schedule time off two weeks in advance.
Benefits-Meh nothing special. Just like the culture. Offered the bare minimum. Does not inspire commitment from the team. 401K is sad and not valuable.
If you are full time(which is very rare) a good 401k matching and the store discount is pretty good, but often customer coupons were actually better.
I did not receive benefits from Michaels, I worked through an agency who provided benefits. I have no further feedback on this section.
Benefits are not offered to part-time employees.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
