The benefits as a part-time cashier are pretty decent, all things considered. Dental is a surprising one, and a 30% employee discount isn't too bad. The fixed indemnity deduction is a little pricey, but eh.
In the beginning, vacation was only 2 weeks for managers and below and non-negotiable. They finally changed it to be 3 weeks to be more competitive with the market place.
I work part time so there isn't much benefits but the employee discount is nice.
Health insurance is not very good and got worse and more expensive each year.
Used to be okay in terms of benefits. Employee Discount was pretty sweet which was 30% off including sale items. Excludes Clearance and select brands. Sadly they now changed it and it’s just like every other regular priced coupon. Part time Insurance also sucks. Aetna as a company is alright but the actual coverage for medical, dental and vision is very minimal. Honestly the real perk is the coworkers you work with, they are the ones that really make your day
Beat thing was summer hours; every Friday between Labor day and Memorial day were half days.
Best thing are the people you work with.
I am part time so I don’t have access to many of the benefits a full time employee would have.
Insurance is not very good . I still have a big deductible
I was a part time employee who also represented an art supply manufacturer's line of products.
