The best thing about Michaels benefits are their discount. You get 30% employee discount on regular priced and sale items
Excellent benefits for full-time associates. Health insurance, 401(k), family leave, etc.
Good discounts. Sick days after a certain time period worked, no paid vacation for PT. Employee supported emergency grant program (Michaels Cares).
The health care is not that affordable. So it’s not good if you had families or kids to insure.
There is not a benefit package that is affordable.
Vacation, sick days, crappy medical and dental insurance, eyes.
Benefits ok but expensive
Small employee discount that stacks on top of coupons + sales... That's about it.
They do not hire full time and the part time benefits are terrible, no insurance, no sick or holiday pay no vacation no bonuses they discount of 30% off including sale items is the only benefit that employees get.
Like mentioned before, they don't care about their employees.
