Benefits are good. All of the standard things are included, but there are some unique ones such as a very cheap but good onsite gym, tire programs, etc.
A 401k plan is administered by Vanguard which is the best in market with low cost funds

Discounted tires for employee and direct family, tire rebate program for employees, 401k employer contribution of 4% when contributing 5%, decent medical for single employees and great for couples/families, possibility of company contribution to HSA if health requirements are met. Vacation and sick days offered. Onsite medical center not helpful.
