Best: company provides for all travel expenses if traveling for business. Worst: health insurance has high deductibles, whether choosing low or high deductible plans.
The difficulty of bio-metric readings
All benefits were excellent except for medical insurance. $1000 deductible for prescriptions and $1500 deductible for everything else.
Health insurance is a little whacky. The deductible is really high but they give you the chance to earn money through an HSA but the guidelines are very strict.
Four zero one k is great and they add a good bit of money to it annually. Health insurance is great. Cons; eye insurance does not pay for exams.

401K match is competitive in the market
They have a really great benefits package overall other then the fact that you get charged $100 more a month for being a tobacco user. I believe they do this because tobacco user are at a greater risk for health problems and they want to use that as a reason to quit.
401K program is competitive with other companies. Health insurance premiums are low but deductables have risen.
