Every employee accrues at least 8 hours of PTO every paycheck from day 1
As an entry level employee, you get 26 days (8 hours per pay period). You get more with length of time with the credit union and so forth. Plus we get a good amount of holidays.
The longer you work for the company the more hours you get, it is very generous!
Start accruing 8 hours per pay period
You earn eight hours every paycheck.
While you do accumulate 8 hours of PTO for every 2 week period you work (FULL TIME), using it when you work in a member-facing department is tricky. Management bases their employee coverage on well-defined schedules. You have to put your time-off requests in early and formally.
gave a decent amount of time off paid
8 hours per paycheck (16 hours a month) very satisfied with their PTO
You start with 14 vacation days each year on top of 13 sick days and numerous paid holidays. You can also cash in your vacation time. After 5 years, the vacation days are bumped to 20/year and at 10 years you get 26/year.
