Depends on your manager, but ours is fabulous. One conference per year.
They will pay for you to have professional development so long as it's in the budget.
In my organization and my position, I'm given 18, 8 hour paid professional development days!

Good professional development seminars while you are a student, follow-through with actually helping secure position after graduation and providing support after graduation leaves a lot to be desired.
