Has everything you need, but not as generously as some private industry work options. Sick days, health insurance, professional development funding, reduced tuition, vacation time, vision, retirement with limited employer matching, plus options benefits like pet insurance, dental and vision. Overall the benefits package is reliable, at least in the department where I work.
