Pet insurance is a plus. vendor sponsored outings are nice the few times we do get them. Health insurance is a joke, high copay, and high deductibles. No company match on 401K.
Great 401k, great people, lovely place to work
Budgeted hours are so tight that when one employee is on vacation, the rest of the department is under more stress. Holiday pay is only paid the standard hourly rate and one get no overtime pay for working a regular 40 hour week on a week when a holiday falls.
there is a 401k but they don't match to it, Benefits for family is pretty affordable, I paid $180 every two weeks for 3 people.
employee discounts are great, benefits cover only basic stuff and you have to pay extra for dental and out of pocket for vision. you gain vacation hours as you work which is a small plus because it just accumulates instead of having only 1-2 weeks a year. also you can never take off for the holidays they black out nov-jan. they don't match the 401k either so don't bother investing in it
