Excellent healthcare , time off , and leave for sickness or bereavement, also excellent employee discounts for movies and bus and mass transit rides
401k, dental, vision, and health benefits are good
Complicated health insurance plan with deductible
Typical benefits package, healthcare changes frequently due to acquisitions.
Previous years health coverage managed by Premera BCBS, New plan this year 2019, does not provide same great benefit and we pay more. Mental Health coverage is considered specialist as well as the OBGYN. If your Primary doctor does not cover these areas, then you'll pay a higher co-pay. Cigna is more expensive and offers less coverage. The unlimited sick days does help and work from home option is good however, not everyone has the option to work from home. Most inclement weather days are work from home as most managers do care about your safety on the roads.
The recent move to Cigna from United Health has caused a number of issues with health providers/prescriptions that used to be covered which are no longer covered.
Good number of vacation days. 401k contribution is matched.
They are competitive overall. For those who have been at the company for over 7 years they get over 5 weeks vacation on top of national holidays so I appreciate that.
