Start off at 3 weeks. Can build up to 5 weeks. Paid parental leave 12 weeks one week at a time up to a year from event.

Most companies will recognize past experience for vacation. Not here. Everyone starts with 3 weeks whether you are 25 or 55. You will need to earn your way up again. You can "purchase" up to 1 week additional time off, but it is essentially unpaid time off. All vacation is based on the calendar year and is use it or loose it; no carry over to the following year.
It seems Micro Focus carries out all of the same Vacation time that HPE did, including holiday shutdowns.
