The time off package was great. A lump sum of 20 days granted at beginning of the year, all sick days and pto were from this pool. I don't get sick, so I had equivalent of 4 weeks vacation. that was great. They do a 3% 401(k) matching, however you must be employed over 5 years before you can actually keep those contributions. They begin "vesting" after 3 years I believe, and are fully vested after 5. I left at the 3 year mark, so got to keep only my own contributions. :(

The PTO is very generous, and 401k match is good. Benefits are pretty typical.

Great benefits! The best ones are 20+ days of PTO, corporate wellness plan, WFH, and flexibility. There's free soda and coffee, and snacks. I can't really think of anything that I don't like about the benefits.

401K match is good, but it takes a while to vest. Annual raises are moderate and the bonus structure is non-existent for some roles.

There was no matching 401k and they were going to get rid of the good healthcare package for a crappy FSA one. Wageworks and the discounts were good.
