Benefits have gotten better over the last year. Bigger work-from-home stipend and additional personal days were added. Many non-executive employees now get RSUs as well.
401K plan doesn't vest until 3 years. That'd be fine if the Support department's turnover rate wasn't as high as it was (for good reason). Cool gym though at corporate.
Average for the DC market but slightly below average for the tech industry. MicroStrategy offers the basics for health and time off, but is not on par with maternity leave, 401k vesting, HSA dollars, mental health, etc. They have added RSUs as a new benefit.
