Decent benefits available. Vacation starts at 3 weeks and maxes at 5 weeks. They offer 8 weeks maternity leave which could be better. There is a 401k match, gym, employee lounge and lots of fun HR run activities like food trucks.

Healthcare plan is both good and reasonably priced. The office has an on-site gym accessible 24/7 with showers and all. 401k plan is mediocre and takes forever to vest. Vacation time is above average. Other things are standard, like life insurance equal to 2x your annual salary. Occasionally you can get suite tickets to concerts and sporting events. The car rental discounts are good as well.

The 401k is awful. It is on a 6 year vesting schedule and they match 50% on the dollar up to 6% (in reality is 3%) and you have to stay there 6 years. Good luck staying there a year!
Vacation days are the best, you get more starting then most companies offer. The worst thing is the fact that you have to work for at least 6 years in order to be eligible to keep the company's 401K contributions .
