    Benefits package was pretty decent, nothing special. Eye care was subpar though. However, having the option of an HSA was very nice.

    The coverage is terrible and very expensive. The deductibles are extremely night and monthly cost is very high. The company contributed the bare minimum.

    They did offer paid time off, health insurance, and life insurance policies. Overall the benefits are okay.

    Best thing, HSA. Worst thing, time accrues monthly and you absolutely cannot carry over unused vacation. Huge deductible.

    Microbac contributes up to 2% on 401k if you put in 6%. 6 Holidays, 3 floating holidays, 3 personal days, and vacation is accrued depending on how long you have been with the company.

    ENROLLED IN 401k WITHOUT MY CONSENT, and took 2% from my paycheck automatically after 90 days. They didn't even tell me I had been enrolled. I only knew once I got a quarterly statement from PNC (now they use TransAmerica) Even though I was too poor to save for a 401k, and they know that since you're started at 10/hour, I was told 401k is great for your future! Not unless you're staying there for more than 3 years to reach amount Trans will keep. You can only turn your 401k into an IRA (without heavy fees) if your VESTED is 5k. (again..they only roll over your VESTED, not what they match). So by the time you get the letter that you have to stop the automatic pay out of your 401k (with 20% penalty for something you didn't even start yourself) it'll probably be too late to do anything about it since you only have 30 days to roll it over before they say, ''too bad, you're too poor to save money with us!" and the letter comes a week from the start date. Requires heavy paperwork and a freaking notary that you have to pay to roll over to another IRA that charges heavy quarterly fee. It's as if you're discouraged from ever having a retirement fund. I know I am. Don't even get me started on 20% coinsurance with a 6,500 deductible for individuals. I'm still paying off basic medical services. Don't get knocked up or injured with this insurance, you'll go into debt. (And you only get this one plan option, so just go for the ACA)

    Overall the benefits package is similar to what you find elsewhere. The group medical plan is high-deductible, high-premium, but there is an active wellness program with opportunities for company HSA contributions to help offset the costs.
