Take time for yourself through Micron’s Time Off Plan (TOP). With TOP, you will receive paid time off for vacations, holidays, sick time, and personal needs. During your first year of employment, Full Time team members earn 5.31 hours of TOP bi-weekly(each pay period), including the month of hire.
The TOP time accrual amount per pay period increases each year on the team member’s anniversary date. The maximum amount of TOP that can be earned each pay period is 6.93 hours.

standard plan as most places, buy sometimes hard to actually take the time. you work hard at micron.
US holiday calendar (federal holidays) were the usual days. You also don't accrue a whole lot of holidays per month (1.25 to 1.5 days/month esp when you are new)
Generous time off, but hard to take it and enjoy it.
After only working here for 4 years, I already have accrued 4 weeks of leave! This does not include paid time off for volunteer work, flexible holidays, or personal days.
Paid vacation time if you have enough TOP hours

Not a lot TOP (more commonly known as PTO ) typically start with 3 weeks for vacation and sick time.
