They offer great dental benefit, in which they should. Coming from a previous dental employer, it surpassed their benefit with flying colors. With all the change in healthcare, the medical insurance offered is ok. Not horrible but I wish for better. We also have Vision, Disability, HSA, FSA, and the list goes on. Great assortment to meet your needs.
Time off was based on an accrued PTO schedule, thus the nice thing about that was you started earning the minute you started working. If you needed to take time off for an illness for yourself or a loved one it still came out of PTO. Holidays were paid separately. They do have a 401K with a match and you are fully vested after 5 years.
Midwest Dental offers Health Insurance, Life Insurance, 401k, PTO, Dental Benefits, and Disability insurance, that private practices in many cases can't offer employees.
