the benefits package at mikes is great, they offer medical, dental, vision, and 401k with partial match. I would recommend it to anyone
Benefits were pretty good, I paid 125 a month for Kaiser and dental. I don't think many bike shops will/can offer a benefits package like this. They even offer a 401k program, I don't think many people took advantage of this due to having such a young demographic.
Best: Get paid to ride, anywhere, anytime for any reason. Benefits: Health, Vacation Pay, Sick leave, bonuses for making sales plan. Worst: Working weekends. 401k matching is ok, benefits are pretty good, could always be better.
You getting cycling industry discounts. I have been working for over 3 months (the standard probationary period) and have not received any notice or paper work regarding the benefits of working full time here.
