Health insurance and 401(k) is available nearly right after hire - Which is great! Health benefits are very cheap out-of-pocket but very comprehensive (especially if you're young and single, which most of the office is). The PTO structure(sick and vacation is combined) is mediocre at best (2 weeks per year, prorated in year of hire) and there is NO flexibility to work from home. You do get free breakfast every Friday and happy hour every other Friday.
no company perks besides forced 'culture' events, don't even think about using the game room.
Company pays for employee portion of health benefits only. Employee covers 100% of family with no discounts. Co-pays for medical are extremely high.

Worst: Phantom Stock Options. As you can presume from the title, Phantom Stock Options are much like a ghost, non existent.
The benefits here are really awesome. The medical insurance is gold level. And you also get vision and dental on top of that! So many great perks (breakfast, happy hour, quarterly events, etc.)
