Ok perks for the area but there are better contractors/vendors in the Bay Area.
You have to use your PTO if you miss a day due to illness, they do not have sick pay
The Medical and Dental benefits are average or slightly better than average. Decent range of plans to choose from and the deductible is on par with other good companies. The 401 K is really dismal though, the match is below average,
401k, health insurance are the best
The benefits start at the beginning of your first month working there, so there's no probation period. Medical, and vision are great, but dental is lacking.
For being a managed services company, and most of the workforce are contractors. The benefit package is quite generous, and overall better than a lot other managed services companies.
Pretty decent benefits for full time employees that include your typical medical, dental, vision insurance, life insurance, 401k, commuter/travel reimbursement, etc. There's discounts to various things but not too big (still saves money though). Flexible hours for my specific position not sure about others. The only thing is that their PTO per year is only 11, and they don't have sick days so that's taken out of your PTO.
Changes all the time as they seem to reorg alot.
Only 11 PTO days a year for a few years
Benefits package is complete and comprehensive with multiple choices for different providers.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
