unlimited PTO is the most attractive thing. Plus flexible timings and work from home facilities.
The best thing about the benefits package is the unlimited vacation policy. It remains to be seen whether that will survive the AOL acquisition, though.
The benefits package included a 401k, health insurance, days off, some stock in the company (though hardly anything). Taking a day off or working from home was very normal, so flexibility was probably one of the best perks. They also give everyone an iPad and pay your phone bill.
It was thoroughly satisfying and beneficial in 2012-13. But it no longer exists.
It was revised twice during my tenure.
