Cigna insurance has no monthly premium for the employee but the deductible is so high ($2500)! Add on a spouse or a child and that deductable goes to $4500. You work everyday that Fedex work with out overtime pay. VSP vision is good Cigna dental is good 15 DAYS PTO 40 sick hours - paid 1 volunteer day -paid 2% matching 401k
Pros: High-deductible medical plan, but all premiums are paid 100% with HSA company paid contributions as well Cons: Only for high medical cost families
Benefits provider in house doesn't understand the packages and can't help much. THe outside providers have to deal with any problems
MH provided for the whole family, the out of pocket co-pay was 110% higher then any other compaly

Millennium actually had great benefits and covered almost the entire cost of health insurance. They also offered a 401K program, but the PTO was not reasonable for the lack of hours spent as a sales rep.
