Millennium Health has the best health benefits! The cost is very minimal for me +1 and it is very easy to understand. Plus they add money to a HSA account monthly. The company will match a portion of your 401K contributions. Vacation and sick pay is average. The company also has all employee parties a few times a year.
The benefits package at Millennium is great! One of the best things is the small premium I pay for the HSA medical insurance. It's currently about $35 for employee and spouse per pay period.

Cigna insurance has no monthly premium for the employee but the deductible is so high ($2500)! Add on a spouse or a child and that deductable goes to $4500. You work everyday that Fedex work with out overtime pay. VSP vision is good Cigna dental is good 15 DAYS PTO 40 sick hours - paid 1 volunteer day -paid 2% matching 401k
Pros: High-deductible medical plan, but all premiums are paid 100% with HSA company paid contributions as well Cons: Only for high medical cost families
Benefits provider in house doesn't understand the packages and can't help much. THe outside providers have to deal with any problems
MH provided for the whole family, the out of pocket co-pay was 110% higher then any other compaly
