    all instructors are part time ,so no benefits, no sick time no holiday pay.If you did not work you did not get paid. No vacation pay.

    The Benefits aren't bad, Health/Dental/Vision, there is a wellness program that IF you participate gives back $50 per month on medical premiums! Lots of people like to complain about benefit pricing but don't participate in the wellness program which is relatively simple. Yes, the medical plans aren't the cheapest plans but that helps a TON, you also earn points towards prizes/gift cards within the wellness program. Paid sick and vacation time- accrual amounts DO increase with your length of employment, it's great that you can roll over 80 hours from year to year so you aren't forced to use it or lose it, any time above 80 hours expires at the end of the year. Downside- no 401K match at this time, used to match, hoping that returns soon.

    Their insurance was pretty good, 401K started out being matched 100% then they stopped matching at all. If you got to take a vacation they made you feel guilty.

    Adjunct Instructors are considered part-time, but become eligible for 401k with a 3℅ company match after 6 months. However, you may put in as many hours as full-time employees who receive health insurance, dental, and paid vacation benefits, which are not available to adjunct employees. Also, there is NOT a tuition reimbursement program in place for faculty development.

    Full medical, great dental and vision. If you're crazy enough to attend or let your kids attend the school after a few years, there is an employee discount on the tuition.

    401k - 3% company match on 6% employee contribution. Plans have high fees. No other benefits for adjuncts.

    Healthcare is too expensive and then you still have to pay when you use it. Holidays are okay, but they don't have some holidays that are standard at schools and then celebrate others. Vacation time should increase more after several years. Also vacation time should not expire for a place that you are not allowed to take vacations for most of the year because it does not fit the needs of the business. The retirement plan was good but not spectacular. My spouse made twice as much in retirement over the same period because of better employer contributions and management of the plan. Employee discount was good.
