great benefits, but they only match 4% for 401k most companies are up to at least 6% these days.
Benefits are really good and industry standard.
The benefits package is pretty generous if you look at total compensation. They have good medical offerings, dental, vision, etc. There are company bonus most years. There is a 401k match and end of year match as well. Vacation and paid time off is good.
Pros - Vacation buy, Gratis beer, five floating holidays. Con - not open to flexible work arrangements.
Health insurance premiums are high and so are deductibles, 401K match is good.
Paternity/maternity leave, PTO. Salary increases are almost non-existent and poor business performance has led to small bonus.
- You cannot beat the 401K match of 4% (vested) and then an additional 5% at the end of the year that becomes vested after 3 years of working. - Vacation / PTO is generous and grateful! - Do use the other benefits.
