“Over priced biweekly payment. 6000$ Deductible. Only pay 80% after deductible is met. Few meds covered. Hundreds of hoops to jump through to use insurance. Very few in network doc’s. ”

Decent benefits - 401K match, full benefits (vision, dental, A&D, health). On-site nurse at the corporate location where I was for a $25 flat fee per visit.
The cheapest benefit plan in 2022 is $175 bi-weekly for employee plus spouse (if your spouse is not eligible for other coverage). There is a spousal surcharge if eligible for other coverage , a tobacco surcharge (or “discount” for non-smokers). This coverage gives you a $5000 family deductible. 401k has up to a 5% match based on employee contribution. Paid Parental Leave Day 1 of employee (6 weeks or 2 weeks) Company paid Life Insurance at 1x your salary. Company paid STD 10 paid holidays 2 weeks vacation at hire -3 weeks at 5 years (no sick time unless you are Admin )
