“Bu far their best benefit. Employers contribution match is great. ”
“Over priced biweekly payment. 6000$ Deductible. Only pay 80% after deductible is met. Few meds covered. Hundreds of hoops to jump through to use insurance. Very few in network doc’s. ”
“No sick time. People come to work sick, make you sick. Then they take what little PTO you do get if you call in sick. ”
We have a High deductible
Decent benefits - 401K match, full benefits (vision, dental, A&D, health). On-site nurse at the corporate location where I was for a $25 flat fee per visit.
The cheapest benefit plan in 2022 is $175 bi-weekly for employee plus spouse (if your spouse is not eligible for other coverage). There is a spousal surcharge if eligible for other coverage , a tobacco surcharge (or “discount” for non-smokers). This coverage gives you a $5000 family deductible. 401k has up to a 5% match based on employee contribution. Paid Parental Leave Day 1 of employee (6 weeks or 2 weeks) Company paid Life Insurance at 1x your salary. Company paid STD 10 paid holidays 2 weeks vacation at hire -3 weeks at 5 years (no sick time unless you are Admin )
They have great benefits for major medical.
401k with safe harbor match, paid maternity and paternity leave
Comprehensive benefits package for employees
Good insurance. High deductibles. Higher premiums for lower deductibles in 2019.
Very good health insurance benefits overall
Health insurance is financial extortion. Zero benefit in having their insurance.
