The benefits were affordable and seem to meet the needs of an individual, as well as a family. The 401k offered a 4%-8% match if I remember correctly. In addition you received roughly 15-20 vacation days, holidays, personal and sick leavecoming in the door.
Great 401K and benefits
Long term incentives for management
I have found that the 401k plan to be great!
6% full match 401k, new employees get three weeks vacation, four weeks after five years, five weeks after 15 years.
Best thing about the benefits is the paid time off (3 weeks). Also the work and life balance is solid. You can work remote whenever you want and the managers do not micro manage. As long as you get your work done you will be all set.
Great 401k matching program and tuition reimbursement program
As of 2016 (during transition to MilliporeSigma benefits from Sigma Aldrich): 8 EAP sessions per year (one of the more generous in the area) Low cost medical benefits (when I left ~$50/month for the basic package which actually covered quite a lot affordably) No HSA--this was disappointing as other companies will give you money towards it each year (which is great!) 2 weeks vacation starting, 3 weeks at five years (pretty low) 3 personal choice days 8 holidays I believe (not MLK Day, President's Day, or Veteran's Day, but others that are standard) 3-4% 401K match that vests after 3 years
I do not have an opinion. I was an intern, and I did not receive a benefits package.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
