Decent 410k matching, great starting vacation (3 weeks) with flexible time off allowance, health care was easily affordable.
great health care benefits and work flexibility
Culture and employee benefits are best in class, many development opportunities
Industry standard benefits including medical, dental, disability, group life, FSA/HSA, and 401k matching. Paid parental leave (2 weeks) and vacation (3 weeks starting) are reasonable. Premiums are in line with what I’ve seen elsewhere and there are multiple options.
Great benefits and a great place to work.
One of the best things about benefits is the 6% of salary 401k match with a discretionary 3% addition that's been tacked on every year by the company.
PTO is always going to be "USE IT OR LOSE IT" every year. Health Insurance and 401k is the only thing that is good.
Best thing is that you get a company match of 7% for 401k plan Worst thing is you get plenty of vacation but you never get to use it
There are no benefits for temporary employees unfortuntely. You do have the option to work some overtime but there is a limit for the year you are contracted.
Medical insurance is now Cigna. They are improving the number of vacation days
