401k match and RAC are great (6% and 3%) Health, dental, and vision are standard Some employees get annual bonus (slightly below market) Potential for LTI (3 year period) Flexible work arrangements possible depending on job Starting vacation time 15 days and we are actually encouraged to take the time! No RSU or stock options Overall benefits are at the market standard. Prepare to have your needs met but nothing overtop or "wow" worthy. It would be nice to see more "perks" that other companies have been giving employees. Ex) free lunches, free fruit/snacks, nap pods, onsite daycare, pet insurance, etc.
There are no benefits for temporary employees unfortuntely. You do have the option to work some overtime but there is a limit for the year you are contracted.
Medical insurance is now Cigna. They are improving the number of vacation days
The benefits were affordable and seem to meet the needs of an individual, as well as a family. The 401k offered a 4%-8% match if I remember correctly. In addition you received roughly 15-20 vacation days, holidays, personal and sick leavecoming in the door.
Great 401K and benefits
Long term incentives for management
I have found that the 401k plan to be great!
6% full match 401k, new employees get three weeks vacation, four weeks after five years, five weeks after 15 years.
Best thing about the benefits is the paid time off (3 weeks). Also the work and life balance is solid. You can work remote whenever you want and the managers do not micro manage. As long as you get your work done you will be all set.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
