Really good vacation days starting off which you don't always find. Good insurance plans and overall benefit offerings. Pretty good 401K options. They also have some good added perks like summer hours and health/hobbies reimbursement.

Good health insurance, 401k match after 2nd year of work at the company. PTO is two weeks at the begging and then increases

Do not have any bonus. But you can get the benefits package if you perform outstandingly well.

Takes 3 years to be fully vested in 401k. Fair health insurance. Plus there are a variety of other perks from working with WPP (the parent company) such as a 20% Verizon Wireless discount.

Good PTO, especially if you've been there for a while. Very easy to work from home.

No real company perks that are useful or make a big difference. Main benefits include: Healthy insurance premium is standard and the options are not great. PPO plan is about $100 per pay period. 401k is a 3% match. Pretty standard among other market research companies. No bonuses unless you are a people manager. And even then, it depends on Overall company performance so they’ve skipped bonuses for the past 3 years. Maternity leave is only a few weeks paid. Much less than other companies out there. They make you hoard your vacation and sick days, so if you get pregnant, you can plan on staying home and not going on vacations for 8 1/2 months.

There is a lot offered within the benefits package, which includes the ability to include dependents on your plan. It is not the widest range of benefits, but absolutely covers all of the necessities, and a bit more.

Average benefits package. The lack of maternity/paternity/adoption leave and childcare support is a big issue.

The benefits package seems pretty standard for large companies. Firefly is part of WPP so the benefit package is WPP's benefit package.
