Tool discounts. Free branded gear. 401k match. Anthem blue Cross blue shield health
Not enough vacation time given and very hard to earn more. It’s a huge downside to working at Milwaukee Tool. Employees work hard and it’s crucial to have a good work-life balance
401K matching up to 8% is the highlight along with GREAT medical/dental/vision without working spouse penalty and the ability to pick and choose all for any and all dependents. Premiums have not gone up in nearly a decade. The tool purchase program is a nice benefit for those that are a fan of Milwaukee Tools offering (40-50% off most products). The bad news is that there is NO paternity leave and paid time off allotment is low (2 weeks for new employees though negotiable). Overall a GREAT benefits package.
Great culture; company picnics and social gatherings. Community minded and volunteer opportunities. Company provides internal educational classes to expand your skillsets and improve your effectiveness. Fast paced environment and development cycles.
Great benefits for all employees.
Milwaukee Tool has great benefits
Very good overall benefits package.
401K with 50% match up to 8% (company contributes 4%). Vacation package is pretty standard - start with 2 weeks then 3 weeks in the start of your 5th year. Many people negotiated more vacation time starting out. Tool discount is pretty good. Can range anywhere from 20-60% on average. Short and long term disability insurance provided. Company paid life insurance with the option of paying for more. Generous amount of paid holidays.
Company match on 401k is very nice perk. Managers also generally flexible with vacation days. Health, dental, and eye care all available.
There is a matching 401K
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
