401K matching up to 8% is the highlight along with GREAT medical/dental/vision without working spouse penalty and the ability to pick and choose all for any and all dependents. Premiums have not gone up in nearly a decade. The tool purchase program is a nice benefit for those that are a fan of Milwaukee Tools offering (40-50% off most products). The bad news is that there is NO paternity leave and paid time off allotment is low (2 weeks for new employees though negotiable). Overall a GREAT benefits package.
