Terrible they put caps and took away vacation form employees who have comitted their lives to the company.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Senior Engineering Technician in Brookfield, Wisconsin

Have been there about 10 years and its been a good plan, however they recently put caps on the vacation which was based on time served and that angered a lot of the long time employees. Many lost weeks of vacation they used to have some have (internally) voiced that it punished them for staying committed to working there.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Software Developer in Brookfield, Wisconsin

Get a lot of holidays that I didn't used to get in previous positions. Would like to have more PTO, but I can't complain.

Vacation is something everyone take serious - management encourages everyone to take all their vacation.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Key Account Manager in Kansas City, Missouri

2 weeks after one year employed, and increases at the 5 year mark

  • Mar 05, 2015
StarStarStarStarStar Current Engineer in Brookfield, Wisconsin

They are pretty lenient on time off, but they don't offer much vacation and it is very hard to earn more.

  • Mar 02, 2015
StarStarStarStarStar Former Key Accout Manager in Lenexa, Kansas

The vacation package is very competitive in the industry and offers additional specified paid days off.

  • Sep 25, 2014
StarStarStarStarStar Former Employee in Brookfield, Wisconsin

They put a cap on the vacation. All long time employees lost weeks of vacation. These people committed decades of their lives to the company and all the company did is insult them by taking away their vacation.
