The benefits package was acceptable. Medical, dental and vision were all covered. However, the employee contribution premium for full coverage was rather expensive.
PPO was quite expense for a single person went with HMO and paid what my friends pay for a PPO. Minacs didn't cover the majority of the cost the employee did.
Perks were quarterly bonuses if your quality was in top ten of the department also lunch was provided at least monthly. It was a great place to work if you enjoy working in a strong team environment. Mandatory overtime had to be one of the worst things along with not being getting scheduled based on seniority.
The best thing is that at least we had a benefits package. The worst thing is that the package continued to decline in value while the costs went up annually. Also, we did not have a knowledgeable / accessible resource to ask questions of. In previous years, we had an HR benefits person who would schedule meetings to review the plan changes and answer questions.
I do not even trust the company as an employer. So I didn't even look into health insurance. We do not receive a benefit package and vacations are just hear say
little to no vacation even for tenured agents and management, poor hr response to health issues preventing work, unfair treatment for the diabled or those with health issues no accommodations.
I opted out of the benefits.
Health care costs. Mo 401k match
Health care too expensive! Too much focus on frivolous rewards "t-shirt ..Disney Week" when pay is too low to make ends meet.
Benefits overall are better than average but can be a bit expensive
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
