MindTouch offers a great benefits package. Free for employees, and very low rates for dependents. I wish more companies adopted this model.
The benefits are getting better!
Catered lunches three times a week. No matching 401k. Everything else is standard.
The individual benefits package is pretty good, it gets me covered well. The not so good part is if I need to add my spouse, then it is really disadvantageous and expensive; I think if MindTouch could improve on that, it would be a great benefit.
No 401K matching, less than the average national holidays, and no gym stipend. Parking stipend covers 1/3 of cost to park near the office.
Good health insurance package, 401k has a "we reserve the right to match" policy which is a little vague.
Catered lunch 3 days a week, good health care plan. Paying for parking is rough and no set 401k price matching policy.
PTO doesn't start accruing until 90 days into the job. Health and dental benefits are great for the employee (little to no fees), but seems expensive for dependants.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
