As I am on a contract role so most of the benefits packages are not applicable for me. I believe they offer good benefits packages. I am on contract to hire position so did not pay much attention to the benefits packages that they offer
the "health insurance" has $10k deductible while paying $600/family a month. I don 't know why they bother offering anything at all??

No paid time off. No sick days. No paid holidays. No 401k. Very basic health insurance options at high prices. You can be contracting at the same company as people from other agencies and THEY'RE getting PTO, paid holidays, charitable donation matches and more.

Insurance too expensive for the salary paid. No 401K. There are no vacation nor time off unless you took it yourself. This was a temp agency so you had to work it out with the actual company you were assigned and let the temp agency know you were taking off for a specific time.

Deductible for medical is high, typical contractor type benefits offered, you might do better not taking them if you can.
Basic in all regards, no PTO until at least a year in; unsure of the 401(k). Health insurance was nothing amazing, typical among contract workers
