Good benefits! 10 paid sick days, 10-15 days PTO depending on your time employed, health care, and 401k
They do provide 401K parity

Decent health insurance options, perks are mainly provided by vendors.
Great foundation for benefits but definitely need a lot of work. PTO is horrible. Why only give us 10 days that can’t even roll over into the next year? Please switch to unlimited PTO
