Missing a lot of basic retirement things like an employee match. But the medical care is totally fine and the parents seem to have a fairly strong set of benefits, including things like a mothers room with a mini-fridge and etc.
PTO is particularly stingy, especially coupled with mandatory Black Friday work day. Benefits package is typical, possibly requiring employee pay out-of-pocket slightly higher than average for other tech companies. Techie perks are minimal: free lunch 1x week, and is cancelled altogether in the busy season. But trail mix and pretzels are unlimited...
